September by Leonor Noivo

Mother and son move into a new house, a new city, a new story. A new season promises an unbound vision. It is summer and everything seems to slow down, but in order to advance one must take a stand. Nights and days arrive like a braking train. One must go back to the starting point, a movement of change that is a moment of reunion and renovation.

Going back to the place of his childhood, the son will want to reunite with his father to retrieve the present. On the other hand, bewildered and amazed, the mother will discover the possibility of another love. Both surrender themselves to the deepest memories, seeking to establish a link with what stayed there, with what was lost. Mother and son take different paths that lead to the same landscape. The forest is thick and they walk in the dark, and from the ABYSS a new gesture is born, one that is the beginning of a metamorphosis, and both will have to meet in a space and time that is theirs only.
